In Singapore, trust travels through people. It always has.

In 2024, we watched a hawker connect five families with the same property agent over three years. The agent was exceptional. The hawker was his best source of introductions. Neither had a system. Neither had a way to acknowledge what was happening between them.
The hawker never received formal recognition. The agent had no way to officially acknowledge who sent him his best clients. When fees were mentioned informally, there was nothing in writing. When the introduction was made, nothing was said out loud that both sides could see.
We built GotAnyone to fix that.
So that when someone makes an introduction, the agent can acknowledge it. So the introducer can see what became of it. So there is something — however small — that says: this happened, and it mattered.
